Q. Is RessonceRO balanced?

A. Yes, we are very balanced, we don't have overpowered donation items and our 3rd job skills won't be in WOE is not SPAM FESTIVAL, everyone play the game according to different tactics.

Q. Why am I getting errors when I login?

A. Make sure your kRO are up to date and try again. If it still doesn't work then as a last solution try deleting everything, then re-download all the files again.

Q. The server say I can't connect. What's wrong?

A. There are some occasions where the server might crash. We try to prevent this as much as possible, but it happens sometimes. In those cases the server will be down until it restarts itself. It shouldn't take long unless there's a major problem.

Q. Why am I banned?

A. Our rules are strict and you will be banned for breaking rules.

Q. I can't patch the RessonceRO, what do I do?

A. Try to uninstall the game and download the lastest small client.

Q. Why can't I understand some people?

A. This server is international with alot of people around the world. Some of them speak their native language in-game.

Q. Can I be a GM?

A. The answer is no. Do not ask to be a GM or you will be warned, then banned if you continues.

Q. Can you give me zeny/items?

A. No, we do not give out items and zeny for free, ask your parents to provide you some.
